Wine & Oil Tasting Evening

Join us on Tuesday, October 20 from 6 to 8 p.m. for “Tuscany at the Mansion: A Wine & Oil Tasting,” an exclusive tasting experience featuring the sommelier from Tenuta Torciano Vineyards in Italy.

Founded in 1720 by Bartolomeo Giachi, Tenuta Torciano is one of the historic estates of San Gimignano in the fabled Tuscany region. With more than 300 years and 13 generations of Tuscan winemaking, the estate is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves and is renowned for its wine tastings, tours, food-and-wine pairings, and educational wine experiences.

Guests at the Stroud Mansion Museum and Library event will have the opportunity to enjoy a unique tasting experience while learning more about Tuscan wines and olive oils from a knowledgeable Tenuta Torciano sommelier.

The cost to attend “Tuscany at the Mansion: A Wine & Oil Tasting” is $55 for Monroe County Historical Association members and $65 for non-members. Space is limited to just 40 guests for this exclusive experience, so early registration is encouraged.

The exceptional wines and oils featured from Tenuta Torciano Vineyards are not available in U.S. stores, but guests will have the exclusive opportunity to purchase their favorites following the tasting.
