MCHA BUS TRIP
to Winterthur Museum
“COSTUMING THE CROWN”

Tuesday, May 7, 2019 • 7 a.m.-7:30 p.m.

The Monroe County Historical Association invites you to join us for a bus trip to see the Costuming the Crown exhibit at the Winterthur Museum, Garden & Library in Winterthur, Del.

The exhibit features 40 iconic costumes from the Emmy Award-winning Netflix series The Crown, a dramatized history of the reign of Queen Elizabeth II.

Cost of trip includes chartered bus transportation, admission to museum and the special exhibition, with a 30-minute presentation by the curator. Also included is a tram tour of the gardens, and lunch in the Garden Cafe.

Bus departs from the parking lot at BJ's Wholesale Club, 159 Pocono Commons Dr. (off Route 611), Stroudsburg, at 7 a.m.

A second pickup is scheduled for 7:45 a.m. at the Target parking lot, Route 248 south of the Wilson/Easton exit of Route 33 in Lower Nazareth Township. (GPS address: 3835 Dryland Way, Easton.)

Bus leaves Winterthur at 4 p.m., arrives back at the Target parking lot at about 6:45 pm. and at BJ's at about 7:30 p.m.

Tuesday, May 7
  • Bus departs Stroudsburg 7 a.m., and Lower Nazareth Township 7:45 a.m.
  • Bus back at Lower Nazareth by about 6:45 p.m., and to Stroudsburg by about 7:30 p.m.
